Customers from El'ad

Alison WIGS is glad to serve customers from across the eastern Gush Dan region, and El'ad is very much among them. The city lies east of Rosh HaAyin, yet the westward drive to our salon at 148 Ahuza Street in Ra'anana is easier and quicker than you might expect.

Every wig we make is built around your own head from natural hair alone, so the look stays true for years to come. Sit down with us, feel the hair and choose the right wig calmly, without any rush.

Getting here by public transport

You can also reach us from El'ad without a car, using a short bus-and-train combination:

  • By bus

Inter-city lines link El'ad with Rosh HaAyin and Petah Tikva, from where you continue by bus towards Ra'anana. Get off at one of the Ahuza Street stops, near number 148.

  • By train

From Rosh HaAyin North station you can ride towards the Sharon line and finish the trip on a local bus into the Ahuza area.

Line numbers and timings are updated now and then, so it is worth checking the Moovit app right before you leave.

Getting here by car from El'ad

The trip from El'ad to Ahuza Street runs about 20 to 24 minutes (roughly 18 km), most of it on open, fast roads.

  • Via Route 5

Leave El'ad onto Route 444, join Route 5 (Trans-Samaria) westbound and head towards Rosh HaAyin and Petah Tikva.

  • On north to Ra'anana

From the Rosh HaAyin area take Route 4 north, enter Ra'anana and continue along Ahuza Street to number 148.

A spacious public car park operates right by the salon, with the first three hours free of charge. Reserving a slot in advance saves you any wait at the end of a fairly long journey.

The religious community of El'ad

El'ad was planned from the outset as a religious city, and most of its residents belong to the Haredi public alongside a substantial national-religious community. Torah life sits at the heart of daily routine, with a network of synagogues and kollelim in every neighbourhood.

The great majority of married women in the city cover their hair, and a carefully made wig lets them meet halachic requirements without giving up a groomed, real look. That is why many women from El'ad choose to invest in a quality wig meant to serve them for years.
