Customers from Tel Aviv

Tel Aviv is the beating heart of Gush Dan, and a good number of our clients make the short trip north from there to Ra'anana. At Alison WIGS, at 148 Ahuza Street, we are delighted to welcome women from every corner of the city — from the historic north to the reinvented south.

Here you will find natural-hair wigs, sewn and fitted individually for each client, calmly and without pressure. The short drive from the big city is well worth it for a precise fit that feels like hair of your own.

Getting here by public transport

Even without a car, reaching us from Tel Aviv is reasonably comfortable:

  • By bus

Numerous inter-city lines leave Tel Aviv's transport hubs towards Ra'anana throughout the day. Step off at one of the Ahuza Street stops, a short walk from number 148.

  • By train

Ride the coastal line to Herzliya station, then finish the trip to Ahuza with a brief local bus or a taxi.

Line numbers and times shift from time to time, so it is best to check the Moovit app before you leave home.

Getting here by car from Tel Aviv

The drive from Tel Aviv to Ahuza Street usually takes about 25 to 30 minutes (roughly 22 km), depending, of course, on Gush Dan traffic.

  • Via the Ayalon (Highway 20)

Join the Ayalon and head north until the Sharon exit — a simple, direct run that spares you the city's traffic lights.

  • Via Route 531

From the Ayalon switch onto Route 531 heading west, take the Ra'anana interchange and drive into town up to 148 Ahuza Street.

A roomy public car park sits right beside the salon, and the first three hours there are free of charge — a genuine convenience for anyone coming in from the city. Booking an appointment ahead means we'll be free for you alone.

The religious community of Tel Aviv

Behind its lively, secular reputation, Tel Aviv holds a broad and varied religious world: national-religious congregations, active Chabad houses and Haredi pockets scattered across neighbourhoods throughout the city. Alongside them live many traditional families who keep the customs and fill the local synagogues.

A great many married women in these communities cover their hair, and a fine wig lets them uphold modesty without giving up a current, well-groomed look. For them, the short run up to Ra'anana has become a familiar route.
